Shipping is calculated based on the weight, distance, speed of delivery, and carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS) you choose for shipping. The exact cost is for your order is calculated by the carrier when you place it. We renegotiate our shipping agreements regularly to provide you the best rates we can. The map below provides a reference for estimate shipping rates to regions of the US.
Team Tip: We craft Finao products in New York, and we have found that for most states on the East coast, regular ground shipping usually arrives at the same time as 2-day. That choice may provide some savings, but please test this on a non-rush order as we cannot guarantee the outcome.
Currently, the only way to calculate the exact price is by creating a test order. Place the order you plan (select send image by CD option to bypass the image uploader), and hit check out. The system will then calculate your different shipping options and prices. Save the item to your wish list for later use, if you like. You will never order anything from Finao without knowing the exact cost of your shipment at the time of order.
We DO NOT put invoices in our outgoing, domestic shipments. Many of our Finaons drop-ship directly to their clients, and we never want to risk displaying your wholesale pricing to your customer. We email your invoice to you when you place an order, and it is always available in your online Finao account. For international shipments, we are required by law to include a commercial invoice on the outside of the box.
YES! We ship worldwide and via USPS to APO/FPO/DPO locations. International shipping costs vary greatly, even within countries. If you'd like an estimate for delivery to your city to include in package pricing, please contact email@example.com and include your address.
Yes! We ship to any address that you provide and encourage our Finaons to use convenient drop-shipping with their out-of-town clients (at no additional cost). All albums are beautifully packaged and client-ready at the time of shipping, saving you time and money.

Contact us right away, and we will work with our shippers to track down your package. In the case that the carrier misplaced or delivered your package to the wrong address, it can take up to 2 business days for them to complete their investigation with the driver. We will continue to work with them to get you your order as soon as possible.
Each Finao product has a listed average turnaround time. This range allows for busier times of the year, so your order may ship sooner. We want your order to be perfect, so occasionally, an order will be delayed if we identify a problem in our QC checks. We ship orders on business days – Monday-Friday – excluding US holidays.
Not officially. Because our albums are custom and handmade, we cannot guarantee a speciﬁc ship date. If you have a tight timeline, please contact customer service.
If you live in the NYC/Long Island area, we are happy for you to pick up your order. Customers outside the NY area can select expedited 1-2 day shipping and leave a note in the comment box at the end of the order process with the date you're hoping to have the album in your hands. Whenever possible, we've got your back!
